Are there prices per distance?

Every Host sets their own rules on every vehicle, under host rules, the renter can see the mileage limit of every vehicle, and the extra charge per kilometer.

Can I cancel the trip?

You have up until 36 hours before when your rental is due to cancel the trip. If it’s canceled less than 36 hours before the trip, a 20% penalty will apply to the total trip price unless the host’s cancelation policy is applicable, meaning the individual responsible for the cancellation only redeems 80% of the total trip price or whatever the host has in their terms of service.

What details do I need to pick up a vehicle?

Upon vehicle pickup, the host may ask to verify your driver’s license to ensure that you are the same individual who is renting the vehicle. Urent always forwards all required documents to the host before the rental period. This is a commonly used method of 2-step verification by the host.

Will I be charged at checkout?

Once you successfully place a booking on the Sunny Beach Rental platform, the amount will be deducted only upon the approval of the host, if there is any card issue or insufficient funds the booking will automatically be canceled. In the case the Host declines your rental request, you will not be charged for any amount.

Are there discounts on your trip prices?

There are weekly, and monthly discounts automatically applied on the platform upon selecting the dates when booking the vehicle.

Are there any additional details I need to know?

The main goal behind the Sunny Beach Rental platform is to establish trust between the Host, and the renter. Any further details required by either party can be gained via communication with a representative of our customer care service. 

What can I do if the vehicle is not in good condition?

If the vehicle is in a poor condition, or unfit for the road, then immediately contact the Sunny Beach Rental Support Team who will then get in touch with the host to replace the vehicle. Sunny Beach Rental does not tolerate having vehicles that are mechanically or cosmetically poorly delivered to the customers.

What about parking? Is it available?

There is enough parking available across Nesebar & Sunny Beach. There are various open-air, roadside, and underground parking structures across the city. keep in mind that you must follow roadside parking metres whenever you park on authorized streets. Any parking fees or fines incurred are the responsibility of the driver.
